This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was much more interesting, intriguing, notable and valuable than my days on the streets with all the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle as if you are short of time, money, resources, by just getting shit done.
One “hack” that i use on myself - is developing a sense of urgency and building up i believe the worst thing that may happen if i don’t have this shit done.
The more intensity you could have within yourself, your business that pressure drives one to either have a amount of friction or fulfillment, in any event it adds fuel for the hustling power.
Returning to persistence, your level of persistence when shit doesn’t workout determines how far you decide to go, there's really absolutely no way you can accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x a lot more than i've succeeded, i assume it’s not sexy to tell how many times you fail, but i’ll tell you now each successful entrepreneur we have met failed more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more cash compared to they usually make…
Hustling has to be a part of your lifetime, i was very blessed yet still am to become encompassed by individuals who have believed in me, which has also increased me believing in myself more. One time i had been talking with a friend / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s an issue) and that i remember just hearing him complimenting in my hustle and i also could sense in himself which he believes with what i’m doing. (During those times, i had not even met him personally!)

Obtaining the right people surrounding you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing what's right, at the proper time.
Attaining success might not be easy, specially when you are new and beginning, it takes plenty of dedication, focus, attention and you also has to be somebody who is focused on self growth. I work TWICE as harder on myself, in my mind i quickly do on my business.
Mindset to approaching things is more important than how you get it done, mindset leads to having a strategic mindset where one can harness your specific capacity to create maximum results.
Success is a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster yet sadly most people will not get it, well you may do, cos you might be reading my damn post.

When i was obviously a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally came across started in this industry i needed more setbacks than many people, i needed dropped outta university within my final year, relatives and buddies laughing at the fact i want to get wealthy working from home…
I immediateley experienced around $40,000 valuation on debt while i bought into a $20k network marketing program and then proceeded a rampage of purchasing every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your degree of pain threshold determine your success since it means you may not be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they'll.
The first 6 figures will probably be tough. A 7 figures is going to be tough. Your first 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however have a strong fist and i am punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i'm. A few of my challenges i face are simply so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people wouldn't even be capable of realize it, however have a compelling “Why” along with a vision which gets me thru the challenging times. Make sure you have your personal compelling future that may drive you forward even when you think all is not working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t help make your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does this exist, on occasions when i actually do live events and individuals come up to me, instantly they put me on a pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even said to me i’m just like a God to him. * i needed to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. Everything you wear a pedestal is always likely to be out of reach.
Don’t idolise people. Because they're just people
Simply because folks have a lot of things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they are allowed to be wear something using this world, they are still nowadays, and it’s feasible for you too. When i meet immensely successful people then i just determine if i want what they've, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that entire thing is simply a journey, your journey, my journey, most people are on a journey, i respect everyone, not really a millionaire or perhaps a billionaire however the guy who got pitched by his uncle to participate Amway, or some other MLM and it is wanting to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the guts to walk into the fierce world of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they may be shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m just like my amazing maid links to the house having a beautiful smile to completely clean once weekly, i simply do various things, that’s all.
Anyway back to my point, i will be still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i doing it, everything that stuff.
You might be going to become a human, therefore you will invariably involve some shit not work out, personally last 6 months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m focusing on my health, and my opportunity and my vision.
That’s what every day life is.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the contests, hahahah!
My well being isn't dictated by how much money i make or the need to just have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, the opportunity to post you - i wish to begin to build schools to support orphans, i really do some things like that, but it’s inadequate i wish to give more back.
You can’t assist the poor if you're one of these this piece of wisdom may be stuck with me for a long period.
So long as I'm learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I know I’m in which I have to be.
Funds are only one component of one’s life you will find, it’s important - although not the main, well that’s debatable based on your personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Focus on gaining momentum, yes - you will find programs, systems which can help you get results within 30-90 days, but sometimes it will lead you longer, so bloody stay with it.
Success is not something you just awaken and get, it’s something you need to work your ass off for, it’s something 90% of the population don’t do and that’s why they suffer from debt and so are usually broke and short of money, that leads to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for any business to gain momentum, bear in mind we have spent more income on my own education to understand a few things i do than the person with average skills will most likely earn inside a lifetime.
This really is one of the greatest killers of success that i'm responsible for it too, now i recently don’t do anything whatsoever else if i can’t commit 90+ days with it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Per Month Spending Habit
It’s not every dandy-candy, When you are the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin making plenty of cash after you get momentum - yes, more income than you ever made before….
More income than all your family, friends, cousins, relatives assembled - when you do this, or can i say before you decide to do that, you must ALWAYS know this….
Always know the among Gross, Net and the way much you are able to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone of up to $200,000 per month.
It’s scary, initially it really is - then you definitely become accustomed to it - as well as the only stuff that matters is keeping that money.
I’m learning a whole lot about this now.
There’s an art to getting Money and most importantly KEEPING IT. It’s easy to get your spending outta control, when you feel like you have an unlimited budget, and you are untouchable.

Luckily i've a mind will be able to process certain things extremely fast, like setbacks and challenges, and once you, i was over it. Gratitude opens one's heart and prayer relives anxiety and worry personally.

I needed just found out not long ago i was spending $30,000 per month / £20,000 each month on stuff, stuff i've not even attempt to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and that i don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
i have no clue why i had been spending that, or how it accumulated up to now, after Half a year of ridiculous over spending, after doing accounts again - i acquired slapped up and woken up. Forget about.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the aim of why i’m in business, however i begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it therefore now things are changing
It adds up and can be detrimental to ones success, one time i was a first time and that i had made my first six figures - the initial a couple of years the cash i needed made,i'd blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) during my Barclays Bank account. That sucked.
Going thinking though - i’ll get this to back and more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i also understand how to market.
Still, one year later used to do being a million bucks in sales.
In general, i am still learning about keeping money, investing etc. It’s a brand new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Create a Group of A-Players & Get Yourself A cpa
That jogs my memory, on the subject to getting money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you must continually be taking a look at your numbers, every day - several times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team gives you freedom, but also a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems should they aren’t the right person and when you aren’t the right kind of person to handle them.
Ultimately Delegation may be one of my biggest tips for success, on the typical day i'd spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email will probably be worth around $10,000 in my experience, therefore i spend time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor should i want to - we have influence during these subscribers and clients and i also respect them as well much to ever outsource this task.
Some of my subscribers have been with me at night ever since i would be a newbie. lol.
Five years.
Just about, anything else is delegated, i don’t pay my own, personal bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it was like this for the last Four years - now i’m systemising everything much more that less folks are involved and even more is delegated.
Focus on owning a lean, mean profit machine. Cut body fat off while focusing on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing along with your target audience.
I do gotta include that you must even be about the advantages from the law
My cousin Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories i really went and hired a solid-accountant to help you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
These items are Should do - you’ll start growing really fast and subsequently thing you understand, you gotta deal with employee payroll and shit, it could get messy.

Increasingly more i’m simply because the web Marketing, business industry is being more personal effortlessly this social media stuff, you can have the ability to produce your own tribe (more because a little later)
Make use of personality to boost online conversions, to draw compatible people, to develop your personal tribe and cultivate them, help them succeed…
Develop yourself right into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor within your marketplace.

Surround yourself with people you would like to be like. This might be the most valuable words of advice i ever got, you become the typical with the 5 people you surround yourself with.
This is actually the fastest way to get the final results you would like, at this time i've got a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends that are doing pretty much for themselves.
I'd like a business like theirs - therefore i surround myself together. I wish to avoid costly mistakes, therefore i surround myself with them.
Once you think that you might be hitting a roadblock, employ a mentor, a teacher, a specialist, i’ve been carrying this out shit for soo several years, it blows my thoughts - that most people don’t take action.

And then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

Yes, i fast-tracked my way into healing myself while i understood that this would be a new experience and i simply didn’t possess the skills, the competence or the confidence yet to overcome this concern.

If you're stuck, go thru your challenges in a relationship - start loving yourself countless to be the best YOU and then pray and praying, and forgive and release and that is what i kept doing and i’m still doing now…
Really - everything may be reduced to those three things once you feel stuck rather than getting to in places you desire to head to.
Think about - have i got the skills yet to beat this ? Since the skills is the thing that leads you to definitely having competence in that area to make it happen, then by doing this a lot more it increases your confidence. (Thanks to Brendan Burchard for teaching me this!)
Lesson 8 : Being Alone Made Me Rich
Invest some time alone. Invest some time in solitude allows you to reboot/restart your mind and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again on your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO enough time alone, i don’t find many individuals do this. So when i’m alone i'd often walk up to random strangers, usually elderly people and talk to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to give me.
It makes life much easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to other people doesn’t provide your mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself without any distractions gives you the opportunity clear the mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively plus more efficiently. Damn, consider this - this website post is taking me like 3 hours to create and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending some time alone can be a beautiful thing very few people understand. I know must be great deal of men and women always inform me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since i have travel the entire world 90% of the time by myself, i can meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any moment and so i don’t must be lonely if i don’t wish to.
And incredibly i enjoy my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Hanging out alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet plus “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is when breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, no less than for me anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your thing!)
I go Mosque around i will, sometimes due to my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - during my college accommodation.
However always invest some time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in life - i actually do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i do spend time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and get my mojo on
I realised spending some time alone, i get to really sharpen my clear thinking with techniques that i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta escape and invest some time without any help.
Or possibly that’s my excuse for going to a different country every month. lol.
Buy a simple or even a fancy journal having a fancy pen, go spend $50 over a pen and take pride in currently talking about your life, your challenges, your primary goal, visions, and dreams. A life worth living is a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Purchasing Your Mind
You don’t need to be incredibly wise to try this, although i proclaim to my little brother as i’m a GENIUS, you really don’t must be super smart or hav university degrees, i mean examine me - i dropped outta university now i operate a multi billion dollar business, that said - i am a student and that i remember my friend Mike Dillard founder, elevation group stating that one of the most successful individuals the world are the those who invest in themselves.
Damn, this piece of advice makes me waste your money on myself than many people even earn, and that’s to not brag - it’s to inform you how committed i'm to my growth.
This coming year alone i’ve more likely to attend events / masterminds worth no less than $100k+.
Irrrve never restrain in purchasing myself.
I have met some super-uber smart somebody that has got the best bargain in the corporate world but, they don’t own their greatness when it comes to a web business, often getting overwhelmed, giving up too quickly and never staying this course until the end.
You will find endless stories of people who had nothing and went ahead and created big empires, study from them, learn from them, buy their stuff, go to their events, hang out with them.

However, you need to have it in your mind ALREADY and live confidently to attract what you want.
I truly couldn’t provide a toss what anyone thinks of me, they are doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for supper.
However these are just people and i also appreciate, respect their business where they may be at, but that don’t mean i’m any small compared to them. Whenever you come from that place in places you own your greatness and you are in deep appreciation of what you are without all the “stuff”….
Then you be a little magical ball of awesomeness.
Once i started deciding which i can do a few things i want within this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than other people, altered the landscape for several aspects and helped many people acquire more results compared to whatever else.
The most successful people i am aware also seem to have the most amount of self confidence, self esteem - you prefer your lot results in self confidence which results in someone taking more action then believing on their own and then

Hire ONLY A Players, the old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is what you have to live and eat.
I've probably made more mistakes than i'm able to count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and also the team during this process, some won’t be growing as soon as you, provide them with time, nurture them which help them grow and when it’s time - then you can certainly grow apart or have them on.
Although we have generated huge amounts of money on this sell for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more due to hiring the incorrect people. I have endured a variety of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong people who i have hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, instead of just Developing it.
You just gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning a lot more about building teams, i am talking about i still generated around $5 Million in sales during the last 4-5 years with a microscopic team - less than 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they are going to aid you in getting to stage 2. This is challenging, men and women not grow as quickly as you, and you've got being happy with that, you gotta be ok with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.

When i was obviously a newbie and i’d follow these what are known as Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home-based businesses etc, it would create so much controversy inside me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t want to do anything because i felt what's going to my pals think about me along with what will those big marketers consider me…
I quickly basically said Screw Em.

I’d simply just take them off from my entire life, now i ignore them - mainly really because their words have no impact or no value in my experience.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection From the Only 1 Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, this - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even though they shell out the dough.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant and i believe i’m much better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my best, scarce resource : TIME.
I value time so much, where i don’t want to waste it on whatever doesn’t fulfil me.
The concept of time is extremely fascinating. Learning and committing to Mastering the principles with the 80/20 this is like maybe certainly one of my top three tricks of creating success and generating huge amount of money, you need to learn this topic - buy Perry Marshall’s book on 80/20.

My big lesson for Time is the fact that, everything in life - you will get really, more customers, more cash, more cars, more houses, more watches more XYZ….
Everything you can’t get is much more time.
It’s only the only part of the world that we can’t buy, well you could in the event you hire a lot of people lol.
I respect my own time a whole lot and i also expect everyone else to do so, in the end it’s the one thing i can’t find a way to buy much more of!

I never is going to be one of those individuals who says, oh i will have spent additional time with my loved ones. After travelling alot, i’ve seen many people just aren’t in “touch” with their families, their siblings i really designed a very conscious decision to be dedicated to be with my children, serve them well. Even without much in this world, my children provides me with so much richness and joy.
